After stitching the two top panels to all seven frames in the mold, the next two panels are added and will be stitched to the top panels and to the mold frames. On the leftmost panel you can see that the joint where fiberglass has been applied is stiffer and not following the natural curve of the wood. After loosely stitching to the top panel, heat will be applied to the fiberglassed area to allow it to relax and curve more naturally.
